We purchased 9 windows for our Stamford townhouse built in 1922 and our apartment above the garage built in 1998.
We were looking for Georgian style windows with double glazing and quality hardwood. Joseph impressed me with his enthusiasm, logic and very detailed approach. We were originally informed that the windows would be manufactured in Poland, but shortly after placing the order, Joseph informed us that he would be producing the windows himself in Stamford. We visited his workshop to see the first window and the purchased wood and materials. Joseph, Laura and Daniel did a great job installing the new windows. They took the time to secure the house, were very careful while working, cleaned and tidied up as they went, and got rid of the old windows. As with all projects, there were issues and issues encountered and Joseph took a very pragmatic approach to solving them and also fixed some of the problems caused by unsafe workers. To answer the main questions that others may be asking themselves…Am I happy and satisfied with the windows and their installation? Yes, very much, the quality is easy to see in all areas. They are very energy efficient, quiet, easy to use and draft-free. Would I use Joseph again? Yes, I would definitely do it. He did a really great job and I am very pleased with his work. Joseph is a craftsman, committed to quality and doing great work. He is rightly very proud of his achievements. Would I recommend Joseph to anyone else? Yes, definitely yes. It was a pleasure to work with him, he was friendly, direct and very trustworthy. These are all features that are hard to find these days. Thanks a lot .
